An independent Care Home organisation with sites around the East Midlands is looking to appoint someone to join them and assist with finance and administration from their site in Hinckley. If you have some finance responsibility as part of your current role and are looking for a new role in a different environment or a step up for more responsibility then this is a great opportunity for you. Equally you may be looking to get back in to the workplace having previously operated in a finance role or be looking for a role with a high degree of autonomy without the corporate responsibility. The Role Based from a site in the Hinckley area, commutable across the region and reporting to the Operations Director, you will take day to day responsibility for a large range of finance and administration tasks including; Process month end invoices ensuring each transaction is checked Use programs such as Excel to input financial data and keep records up to date Review monthly budgets and profit and loss information and raise any identified queries Liaise with head office to resolve any resident funding issues Produce reports ready to send to senior management The Candidate The ideal candidate will have experience within a finance role as detailed above. You will also need to be able to dedicate yourself to the role and organisation in turn, depending on your own capabilities, this role will develop and you will be given further responsibilities.
