Risk Management Engineer
I am representing an innovative SME specialising in imaging technology to find a Risk Management Engineer within their R&D team to be based in their North London office. The company are offering a competitive salary range of £45k£65k depending on experience. Key responsibilities: Monitor and review changes to regulations and standards and make recommendations for maintaining compliance for risk management Maintain risk management procedures, and related templates and forms Support all risk management activities for full product lifecycle including: Maintenance of the risk management file Maintenance of the risk management plan Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis of potential hazards identified from usability studies, post market surveillance and design changes Maintenance of the register of risks Input to impact analysis of design changes Risk review of residual anomalies and test deviations Participation in formal design reviews and project meetings as required Generation of risk management reports Post market surveillance Support queries made concerning safety evaluations from the complaint handing team Support safety related investigations made in by the quality management department when investigating nonconformances, observations and CAPA Contribute to, and participate in health hazard evaluations as required Provide information, when required, to other risk processes, including production risk management, and cybersecurity Essential Skills and Experience: Degree in science / engineering based subject Recognised professional qualification in risk management Extensive commercial experience in risk management for medical devices or related field Excellent attention to detail Desirable: Knowledge, or practical experience with the following would also be would be an advantage: Cybersecurity usability engineering 3rd party safety testing Sthree UK is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
