The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing support to this growing Asset Management businesses in London, the Middle East and Ireland. The IT Support Analyst will act as a Disaster Recovery Coordinator and a key contact for Market Data users and service providers. As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide IT and AV support to high profile clients and meetings, as well as end user support for all employees. Maintenance of records, deployment and administration of hardware, software and mobile technologies. Project work Required Skills for IT Support Analyst: 5 years IT experience, preferably within asset management. Understanding of data protection and information security requirements Familiarity with office 2010/2016, Outlook 365, Apple iOS, Trading Compliance Applications, and Market Data Experience.
