Technical Support Analyst City of London A market leader in Software provision is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join the Client Services Team. An ideal role for a 2 nd job, you will combine technical and customerfacing skills to deliver experienced support to top tier Investment Banks and other global financial clients. You will work with code to replicate and solve customers problems, provide a high level of onsite support and escalate problems where appropriate. All whilst maintaining strong relationships with customers! Skills: Previous experience of providing technical support Good knowledge of JAVA and .NET programming A minimum of a 2:1 in a Computer Science or related degree Drive, enthusiasm and discipline Other desirable skills include Financial Market experience, working knowledge of Linux, ITIL certification and other languages such as C++, C#, Perl or Python.
