Reward Analyst A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Reward Analyst to join an independent remuneration consultancy in the City of London. This Reward Analyst will join a small, tight knit business which offers excellent opportunities for growth and progression. The Company This company specialises in executive remuneration strategy, and they work alongside a variety of clients to help them design market leading remuneration packages. They gain a thorough understanding of the market through the design and creation of insightful remuneration surveys, which gives them useful insights to pass on to their clients. The Job They are seeking a Reward Analyst to head up their new Remuneration Analytics Team within the data and survey division, which they are currently in the process of building out. As a Reward Analyst/ Team Lead, you will be responsible for: Proposing and project managing pay and incentive surveys, ensuring the development and production of high quality reports within agreed deadlines; Supporting clients in the use and interpretation of survey data; Producing ad hoc analysis of client business, performance and pay and incentives both from proprietary surveys and published data; Providing analytical support to other consultants on consulting projects.
