Senior Research Analyst A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Research Analyst to join an independent remuneration consultancy in the City of London. This Senior Research Analyst will head up the Remuneration Analytics Team and take responsibility for developing the companys data and survey division. The Company This companys main focus is to assist their clients in the design and implementation of remuneration strategies, which are in line with their clients values, culture, and business plans. They create marketleading remuneration surveys and provide detailed advice to clients across a variety of industries, from financial services to media and retail. The company have a small office near Bank tube station, and they have a tightknit, friendly team of staff. The Job As a Senior Research Analyst / Team Lead, you will be responsible for: Proposing developments in survey projects to create new revenue streams; Project managing pay and incentive surveys; Providing support to clients in the use and interpretation of survey data; Producing ad hoc analysis of client business, performance, and pay and incentives both from proprietary surveys and published data; Providing analytical support to other consultants on consulting projects. About You To be considered for this Research Analyst opportunity you must have the following experience: Experience working in a similar research / remuneration / reward / data analyst role Advanced experience with MS Office and Excel Good educational background (min. 2.1 degree).
