Banking Operations Graduate Scheme 2 year graduate programme Location: Bradford Salary: £28,000 p.a. + excellent company benefits Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday My client currently has a fantastic opportunity for graduates to join their business on a twoyear programme at one of their key offices in Bradford. My client is part of one of the UKs leading and fasting growing Banking Groups and they provide the operational functions for the Bank. During this rotational 2 year programme, you will be given exposure across three different business areas: Risk, Finance and Frameworks/ Planning. You will work with members of the management team and will develop skills and knowledge of each business area. There is some travel involved in the role to other offices, but you would predominantly be based from the Bradford office. Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills Required A minimum of a 2:1 degree in any discipline. Research based degrees would be desirable, but not essential Excellent communication skills Ability to work towards and meet deadlines Analytical skills Innovative thinking Good working knowledge of MS Office Packages Flexible approach to working You will be offered a very competitive starting salary and will be given a lot of exposure during the twoyear programme, working alongside some of the Groups key stakeholders.
