System Integration Manager Vice President Equity Swaps Tier 1 Investment Bank London A leading Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf, London are looking for a System Integration Manager to take the lead of the management of the production and nonproduction environments that support the Equity Swaps portfolio. The Environment and Systems Manager will have excellent knowledge if Investment Banking processes with knowledge of IT development and support. As the System Integration Manager, you will be coordinating between the development team and nonproduction teams. You will be liaising with senior executives from each of the teams and will build relationships to ensure that each business area is working in unison. This is not a developer role however a background in development is desired. Responsibilities; The System Integration Manager will be responsible for all development and nonproduction environment, team management. You will plan software testing and release cycles to ensure that there are no environment usage conflicts. You will fully understand the needs of the business and understand project constraints. You will manage environmental change and ensure that all hardware dependencies are managed. You will be expected to communicate all risk and issues associated with the actions that are being taken within both environments. You must be able to coordinate the environment in a succinct manner and take responsibility of decisionmaking. You will be empowered to work at all levels and have a detailed oriented approach to work. You will be liaising with internal and external persons, owning and closing out hardware requests. Requirements; The System Integration Manager will require a resilient, selfstarter who is confident and engaging to maintain the synchronisation between the environments. To successfully fill the demands of this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience: Investment Bank experience ideally knowledge of Equity Derivatives Databases Sybase, DB2, SQL (must be able to write SQL Queries) VBA Java Development background is desired.
