Our client requires a confident, enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills, ideally who has worked in a customer facing IT services role. Due to the rural location of this company, candidates should have a full driving license and access to their own vehicle. The main purpose of this role will be to ensure all clients are given excellent customer services support, assisting them in getting the most out of their chosen technology and resolving any issues which arise. Responsibilities: Providing end user, cloud and infrastructure technology services Server administration Windows Server 2008, 2012, Active Directory, File and Print services, shares and Group Policy Management of Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010, 2012 and Online Working with senior members of staff when required Experience Required: High levels of customer service and confidence in regards to communication Experience of using Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems Network troubleshooting Autotask or Connectwise Service Management knowledge would be an advantage Benefits: 5 guaranteed selfstudy training days per annum Opportunities to attend training days and courses Child care voucher scheme Regular social events Perkbox Advertised through Zoek Advertised through Zoek 42934.
