1st / 2nd Line Support
Our client are seeking an individual to join their engineering team to provide 1st / 2nd line support. This role is customer facing, meaning the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills. The chosen candidate will be required to travel to clients to provide support so should possess a driving license. Responsibilities: Logging of tickets Working on the help desk Providing remote support to clients Travelling to clients to carry out support work Monitoring backup systems Monitoring configuration and policy adjustments The ideal candidate will ideally have the knowledge / experience of the following, either commercially or at home: Windows Client Machines Windows 7, 8, 10 Windows Server ADSL Routers, Firewalls, Switches and Wireless PC hardware Office Suite Knowledge of the following would be an advantage: Active Directory DNS, DHCP ADSL / VDSL Email client configuration and management Apple Mac and OSX HyperV Office 365 Benefits and Comments: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 9:00AM 5:30PM Advertised through Zoek Advertised through Zoek 42936.
