Infrastructure Support Analyst A Windows / Citrix focused Infrastructure Support Analyst is required to join a boutique Investment Bank in their London City office. Job Overview This Infrastructure Support Analyst will join one of the banks technology teams, which provides administration and end user support for all of the hardware and software that make up the banks systems infrastructure. As a Server Administration Support Analyst, your role will be to ensure that the banks systems have the highest possible level of availability and minimal amount of downtime. Typical Responsibilities As an Infrastructure Support Analyst youll be responsible for the day to day administration of the Windows Server environment, which includes: Citrix XenServer, XenDesktop, and XenApp Active Directory, DNS, DCHP Sharepoint 2012 / 2013 UCS blade server infrastructure administration 1 st, 2 nd, and 3 rd line support for the banks trading systems infrastructure You will also be responsible for change management decisions which relate to the banks Citrix infrastructure and blade server systems.
