An opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor in an established customer service executives team . This is a hands on role working on day to day admin tasks whilst supervising the team. All applicants must have previous experience within a similar environment, be systematic and have the ability to multitask. Good communication skills, both written and verbal are vital for this role. Responsibilities: Day to day administration tasks of the department Manage the helpdesk team, ensuring work is allocated appropriately and adequate cover is achieved during working hours and periods of annual leave Ensure the effective operation of the helpdesk Ensure company systems and processes are adhered to First point of contact for escalated customer problems Responsible for ensuring all customers consistently receive an excellent level of service Problem management to address repeat incidents to improve overall service To be proactive in managing any situation that develops within the team Experience Required / Personal Qualities: Previous supervisor experience Strong communication skills Highly organised, process driven and full of ideas to help improve performance Motivating and developing of team members Advertised through Zoek Advertised through Zoek 42936.
