*Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 with an uncapped OTE £70,000 in your first year + company car, company phone + laptop, generous pension, progression paths and other flexible options.

The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be implementing your existing skills to identify fresh opportunities in local authorities and other markets. Your role will be a hybrid of new business development and existing account management. You will consistently be performing against set KPI's and targets to make the most of the uncapped commission plan.

Experience Required:
The Business Development Manager must have experience in selling Street Lighting and ideally have contacts within local authorities. You will need to be a hunter for seeking new business and have a proven track record of growing an existing client base. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a great drive to succeed and consistently put in all efforts when working to achieve targets. You will also show exceptional communication skills, have clear confidence in a professional manor and have the persistence to exceed all set KPI's.

The Package:
The package on offer for the Business Development Manager, is a basic salary of £30,000 - £50,000, with an uncapped OTE of £70,000 in your first year. You will also receive company car, company phone + laptop, generous pension, opportunities to progress and other flexible options.
