teachFE is working on behalf of an established Further Education College within the South Yorkshire area and is looking for a temporary Service Desk Analyst to work 36.6 hours per week. This role is for an immediate start and will be for at least 2 months.

Successful candidates will have experience within roles such as:

- IT Engineer
- Service Desk Operator
- IT Technician

Duties will include:

* To provide a high level of customer care and satisfaction
* End to end management of Incidents and Service Requests reported by the customer,
achieving first time fix where possible.
* Single point of contact between our customers and IT Services
* Provide initial assessment of all Incidents, attempt first time resolution, and /or
* Keep users informed on status and progress of their Incidents
* Aid customer retention and satisfaction
* Undertake any other duties as required, which are deemed necessary to satisfy the needs of the LRIT team as at any college site
