Site Manager (Bulk excavation and remediation)

Location - Midlands

Reporting to: Contracts Manager

Location: Site Based

Salary £45,000 - £50,000k plus package

My client is a market leader in the design and implementation of ground and water remediation solutions for land restoration. Their applied technologies for contaminated soil and water treatment, together with an expert waste management capability, delivers measurable, cost and programme benefits for all their clients.

My client is looking for personal with experience in Bulk Excavation and Earthworks with a minimum of 5 years working in these enviroments. If you have experience of working on remediation packages this would be an advantage also.

Job Purpose Statement

The purpose of this role is to take accountability for the running and successful handover of the project to the client in a timely and professional manner and manage and ensure the smooth running of the site and ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Job Accountabilities

Primary responsibilities;

* On site management of projects allocated by Contracts Manager.

* Delivering project in line with Quality, Cost and Programme.

* Complete projects Incident and Injury free

* Complete projects without ANY environmental incidents

* Complete projects to the agreed specification and quality
* Ensure ALL plant, labour and materials are ordered in a timely manner to meet the contract programme
