A new exciting German speaking Technical Support Representative opportunity has come up for you to join a global payment processing company and be part of their expanding help desk team.


You will be reporting to the European Support Team Leader and as a German speaking Technical Support Representative you are responsible for internal and external post-sales helpdesk and technical support. Within this role your main responsibilities include 1st line support and network troubleshooting including outbound and follow-up phone calls in German and English. It is expected from you that you log each enquiry into a CRM system such as Salesforce.

If you are the successful candidate for this role, you will be the technical support contact for the existing B2B clients and your aim is to maximize customer satisfaction and be the primary contact for the client's customers in the UK as well as Germany.

Required skills and experience:

* Must be bilingual English and German
* Previous experience providing IT support services, helpdesk or technical support preferably in a software support environment
* Previous work experience as a Technical Support Representative, 1st Line support, Customer Service Representative or Helpdesk is essential
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems
* Excellent customer service and helpdesk skills
* Financial services background preferred
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team or independently
* Strong communication skills: active listening, writing/typing, informal communication
* Bachelor's degree preferred
