We are currently looking for the next star candidate - a Faults Administrator! You will be working for a busy team, taking on a challenging role. As a Faults Administrator, you will be working as part of a busy Smart Metering Technical team in Bristol, working for a National Utilities company. This is an exciting emerging area in electrical technology, allowing the meters to submit readings and data automatically to energy providers.The role involves customer service, administration, working on spreadsheets and learning industry relevant technical information.

This is a demanding role that requires exceptional attention to detail, and you will need to learn technical information quite quickly. More importantly, good customer service is key!

As a Faults Administrator, you will be required to undertake the following tasks:

* Resolving technical queries via email and telephone
* Dealing with both internal and external customers
* Updating and managing spreadsheets / data
* Working with a CRM system

In order to be a successful Faults Administrator, you will require:

* Excellent Excel skills
* Knowledge or experience of working in the energy industry, preferably with knowledge in Smart Metering, would be advantageous
* A good level of IT and the ability to pick up new information quickly
* A polite and confident approach to customer service to deal with customers, suppliers and colleagues
* Ability to work with busy schedules and to tight deadlines
* Ability to cope when working under pressure
* Experience using a CRM system

The ideal candidate will have a very strong work ethic with a desire to succeed even under time pressure.

This is initially a temporary position to start asap for 6-12 months, although there may be scope for extension beyond this.

This role is 37 hours per week, typically 8-4, Monday-Friday

In return for working as Faults Administrator, you will receive an hourly rate of £13.51 per hour.
