Due to expansion our client, a well-respected mortgage and commercial finance practice, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious candidate, to join their established team as a Completions and Collections Officer.

As a Completions Officer you will be required to manage the loan process (new business and renewals) from agreement to completion ensuring timely completion. You will also hold a full understanding and knowledge of compliance requirements.

Liaising with Underwriters, Stakeholders and Brokers, the role involves:

⦁ Ensure efficient, timely and effective completion of all loans.
⦁ Assisting Underwriters with legal communications.
⦁ Tracking and determining the status of cases post credit committee approval.
⦁ Drafting legal documentation as the individual facility demands, ensure correct execution of mortgage documentation and load to Lender’s system.
⦁ Monitor progress of cases post completion to ensure redemption is on track and take appropriate action when this is not the case.
⦁ Manage the pipeline to ensure sufficient funding is available, liaising with Finance Dept. to ensure loans in the pipeline are sufficiently funded.
⦁ Ensure effective communication with Sales and Distribution ensuring they are fully aware of available funding capacity.
⦁ Provide administrative support to stakeholders and receivers helping them enforce any loan in default.
⦁ Monitor loans ensuring timely communication to the distribution team of renewal opportunities.
You will be exceptionally well organised, with the ability to prioritise and operate under minimal supervision, with a keen attention to detail and an interest in the agenda of the team as a whole

Experience within the commercial finance, secured lending or bridging finance sector is desirable but not essential

Salary £25,000 to £35,000 plus attractive benefits package
