JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as part of their EMEA sales team, they wish to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager (either German OR French speaking). The job will work on the identification and new business contacting C-level business executives in the German or French speaking countries of the EMEA region. Your job will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop new business sales as well as build relationships with clients and prospects on a C-level to ultimately drive sales
  • Attend sales meetings with prospective new clients with aim to close the deal
  • Negotiate fees and sales contracts
  • Understand developments within the customers business and the strategic interests of the customer
  • Build up extensive Product knowledge and knowledge of Competitors
  • Meet quarterly and annual personal financial (revenue) targets
  • Deal with cross- territory sales projects (European & Global agreements)
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline of prospective customers

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluency in either German or French
  • University graduate calibre preferred
  • Excellent skills in account managing
  • New Business Development sales experience essential
  • Proven experience of selling consulting services to blue chip organisations at C-level
  • Be hugely driven with clear, ambitious goals
  • Entrepreneurial minded with a positive mindset of converting opportunities into sales
  • Proven and demonstrable record of winning and closing new business sales
  • Able to manage full sales cycle, from initial cold call, negotiation to
  • contract closure
  • Proven and demonstrable record of identifying, winning and closing new business sales deals


SALARY
Basic salary of £35,000 - £50,000 with OTE in year 1 of approx. £60,000 - £90,000. Year 2, OTE should be approx, £120k+, uncapped.
