We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Graphic Designer to join our growing team based in Horsham. Working across both our B2B and B2Ctelecoms brands, you will be creative with strong skills in all the latest digital marketing methods.

Ideally have a good working knowledge of Graphic Design and Adobe Photoshop. Reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, the position will give you a fantastic opportunity to develop your career by allowing you to gain hands on experience of marketing within the telecoms industry.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be involved in the creating new concepts for both B2B and B2C customers. Daily, you will be involved in the communications meetings, along with other departments, looking at the business and what are daily goals are.

This is a varied role, we work on many campaigns, some of our recent projects/upcoming projects include;

Using Email Service Providers (Mailchimp, Mandrill, Mailing Manager, Constant Contact etc.

Daily email campaign management (exporting opens and clicks and compiling reports).

Weekly email marketing report production (showing performance of all mass email campaigns).

Email admin (updating contact records and passing leads onto Telesales).

Use of data processing and data protection principles for contact/customer data.

Iterating and developing email marketing content based on instruction or feedback.

Sourcing photography.

Optimising photography with Photoshop.

Producing email marketing templates via editing a template’s code or by drag and drop.

Producing wireframes with either Photoshop or Illustrator.

Producing high fidelity mock ups in either Photoshop or Illustrator.

Using InvisionApp to produce digital prototypes.

Usability testing (user testing/evaluation of service).

Optimising or improving UX design of digital platforms (email, website and sign up form).

Conversion rate optimisation with tools such as Hotjar (heatmaps, website visitor tracking).

Producing Infographics in either Photoshop or Illustrator.

Producing PowerPoint presentations.

Working to brand guidelines when producing adverts, flyers, brochures, large scale print etc.

Updating the WordPress website.

Dealing with external marketing department, agencies and printers.

Updating and creating new promotional material, such as product logos,customer contracts and exhibition material.

Update our social media sites.

Research and create concepts.

Skills and Experience:

Confidence to present new campaigns and ideas

Adobe suite, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign

Knowledge of HTML and CSS for web design

SEO

Understanding Branding and Advertising principles

Copy writing and proof reading experience
