Maintenance Officer - Social Housing
Maintenance office required for Social Housing provider to manage busy team of 10 -15 trades people

Your new role
You will be responsible for the day to day running of teams of trades people ensuring work is carried out in a timely and effective manner following all legislative requirements. You will also have to manage and monitor repair schedules to ensure KPIs are achieved. As well as inspections on repairs and updating all necessary paperwork.
What you'll need to succeed
You will specifically have social housing experience along with experience of managing teams of 10 or more mixed trade teams. You will have relevant construction qualifications either from a trade back ground or HND / HNC qualifications.
