YOUR NEW ROLE
Your role of Head of Sales requires a proven sales leader and driver to accelerate revenue growth for a wider portfolio brand. This senior management role is responsible for achieving portfolio combined revenue targets, whilst leading and developing the sales team to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
You will be a key member of the UK Senior Management team.
As a senior manager you will be expected to: Actively contribute to delivering and shaping company strategy, work closely with all key departments, work with Managing Director to deliver product and revenue targets, analyse performance & new commercial events & opportunities. You will also be an inspirational role model who promotes company strategy and culture.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
You will be an experienced, inspirational sales manager with extensive experience of managing a sales team and managers within an events business. You will be well versed in strategic sales planning and attention to detail, be commercially driven with a track record of delivering revenue specifically within an events business, a proven ability to manage managers and to lead and develop a large team, effectively be a role model for excellent sales practice and impart knowledge and learning of this across the company.
WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
