Operations and Customer Service Executive required for an award-winning tour operator based in Central London. This is a highly varied role and will keep you on your toes! Salary approx 20-22K, but may be negotiable depending upon your experience level

Operations and Customer Service Executive Responsibilities:

Loading of vital information(flights, hotels, tours, etc) into the in-house system
Ensure itineraries are fully booked and confirmed
Confirmation of bookings of all seperate components of tours
Handle Special Passenger requests
Prepare all documentation for travel
Continuous communication and high end service with customers, managers, airlines, DMC's, ground suppliers
Check the airline queues utilising GDS
Reviewal of figures
Filing
Admin
Miscellaneous duties

Operations and Customer Service Executive:

Candidate must have experience on an operations/sales support/admin team in travel
Highly skilled administrator
Highly organised
Meticulous eye for detail
Good at maintaining relationships
