We are currently seeking a Planned Preventative Maintenance Coordinator on a permanent basis in Leatherhead. Our client is a global provider of multi-disciplinary engineering and technical services to a range of sectors including government services, naval architecture and oil and gas. This would be the perfect opportunity for a PPM Coordinator to join an esteemed marine and energy organisation, and work on an array of projects.

The successful candidate will work as part of the Asset Management and Technical Services Team, and will have a range of responsibilities including:

  • Generating, assigning and coordinating the delivery of information related to PPM works
  • Tracking and coordinating work orders from assign status to completion
  • Ensuring relevant documentation/certification is provided by the supplier
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of FM Technical Service and Asset Management
  • Providing regular reports in an agreed format and timely manner, to internal and external customers , and the supply chain
  • Identifying and making recommendations for additional systems and processes that will enhance the customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and clients at all levels of management
  • Ensuring the Head of FM Technical Services and Asset Management receives regular updates about the status of statutory inspections and other legislative work orders
  • Ensuring suppliers planned maintenance schedules meet contractual requirements
  • Ensuring all areas of concerns are highlighted with the Head of FM Technical Services and Asset Management
  • Contributing to design delivery and evaluation of work procedures

Essential skills, experience and attributes:

  • Knowledge of CAFM systems (e.g. Maximo, Evolution, Share Point etc.)
  • Experience reporting and working with large amounts of data
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of databases and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player and role model, capable of gaining trust and support from internal teams and customers
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work in high pressure environments, and work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to show initiative
