A well respected international charity is recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their busy team and play a key role in the support of the Director of Finance and the organisation in developing its strategies over the coming years.

This newly created role reports directly into the Director of Finance, but will work across the organisation to make the continued growth of this charity possible. Key responsibilities include:

*Preparing reports on investments; both approved and proposed.
*Evaluate project financials for new business proposals through scenario and sensitivity analysis.
*Producing overall financial modelling for fundraising income. This includes reviewing the existing models.
*Produce financial models, taking into account both expenditure for existing income streams and scenario planning.
*Support heads of department in developing specific proposals.
*Review post-implementation outcomes of strategies.
*Develop a wider understanding of the market, monitoring trends and developments that could impact future business proposals.
*Analyse performance variances, understanding their drivers and communicating these with senior managers.

The successful candidate will be a qualified CCAB accountant with strong analytical skills demonstrated in a finance business partnering role. The ideal candidate will have excellent Excel skills with experience in financial modelling of growth initiatives and investment appraisal. Charity experience would be beneficial and candidates with experience business partnering with Fundraising are encouraged to apply. This role demands first rate communication skills and a proven ability to work alongside finance and non-finance professionals in a business partnering capacity.
