Reed Accountancy have the pleasure of working closely with one of Norfolk's leading development organisations working within a very niche field, who are currently seeking to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent, part-time basis. 

Offering an autonomous role that will be working within the finance team and reporting directly to the Financial Accountant. You will be responsible for:-

- Collection of outstanding debt
- Maintaining and updating the sales ledger
- Liaising with clients over email, letter and telephone in regards to over due debts
- Taking payments in advance 
- Setting up new accounts
- Checking credit limits
-  Invoicing 
- Building and maintaining strong rapports with clients at all time 
- Collection of debt in a timely manner
 - Escalating any matters when needed 
- Agreeing and negotiating payment terms 
- Dealing with foreign currencies:- Euros and US Dollar 

This is a varied role, working independently to reduce the overdue debtors for the business. Therefore, my client is seeking someone with at least 3 years recent experience working within a Credit Control position. 

Ideally you will be highly IT literate as the use of different systems is required and you will have strong communication skills and be confident speaking with various clients over the phone.
