The purpose of this position is to enable the part of the Payroll function to deliver their business requirements.

Client Details

Our client is a leading national organisation looking for a Payroll Coordinator to help assist part of the payroll function.

Description

  • Configuration and system administration.

  • Assist where needed with System upgrade and testing.

  • Liaise with HR if required.

  • SAP HR to Payroll interface processing and administration.

  • Payroll data uploads and support

  • Third party payments and GL reconciliation

  • Costings interface into SAP

  • Payroll balance sheet account reconciliation

Profile

  • Experience of ResourceLink Payroll system

  • Analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Financial awareness of P/L and balance sheets.

  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and be hands on.

  • Efficient and work to deadlines.
