Assistant Payroll Manager

About The Role
Working for a leading provider of accountancy and financial services with nationwide offices across the UK and Ireland, you will work closely with the Payroll Manager, coordinating all payroll matters and providing direction to the team in the absence of the Payroll Manager. You will deal with escalated queries, ensuring the seamless delivery of approximately 100 plus payrolls. You will support the business with future growth potential of the client base through the preparation and review of quotes for prospective clients and ensuring a professional and efficient experience for new clients transferring their payroll across to the business.
You will require demonstrative experience of managing multiple payrolls of varying sizes on ideally on a monthly, weekly and bi weekly basis. Your experience will comprise of the end to end process. Ideally you will possess some managerial or supervisory experience. Your communication skills must be excellent including within a face to face capacity, as this is very much a client focused role.
