We are seeking a hard-working and driven individual for a fantastic and varied role in one of the UKs leading law firms. With offices based in an exciting central Birmingham location, this company are looking for an individual to carry out a multi-layered facilities role and hold the following responsibilities:
Management of meeting room and audio visual equipment set up including first class visitor hospitality
Liaising with contractors and mail and courier services
Understanding of facilities procedures including ordering, stock control and facilities related documentation
Efficient and professional approach to facilities related queries
Coordinate effective Health, Safety and Environmental policy
You must possess experience within a professional facilities role!
