Our Acton based client is a rapidly expanding luxury organic Health and Beauty company looking to recruit a dynamic Business Development / Training Manager to open new accounts in the UK and worldwide and train employees on cosmetic and skincare products and treatments.

This dual role requires a commercially aware Business Development professional with the talent to build business from new leads and develop key accounts. In addition, you will also produce training materials, answer all product queries and develop appropriate training programmes for new countries, training staff worldwide. In short, you will be come an ambassador and product champion for this innovative organic brand.

CIDESCO qualification is highly desirable.

To be successful in this Business Development / Training Manager position, it is important to have the following:

*Beauty Therapist NVQ level 3 or equivalent
*Ideally teacher training qualification
*MS Office skills
*Experience working in a salon in a senior role
*Strong understanding of skincare, skin biology and cosmetic ingredients
*Track record of increasing salon / clinic revenue
*Strong commercial acumen
*Experience within a Beauty Training role
*Ability to present training to a variety of audiences
*Excellent communication and interpersonal talents
*Organised and efficient approach
*Up-to-date passport to enable international travel if required

Key accountabilities in this Business Development / Training Manager role include:

*Opening new accounts in UK and internationally
*Servicing existing customers
*Reviewing sales targets with stores and accounts
*Acting as first point of contact for product enquiries
*Assisting develop and produce training materials
*Maintaining online training tools
*Developing training programmes for new countries but also for new product launches and treatments
*Training internal employees
*Attending Trade Exhibitions as required
*Responsible for leading the development of key accounts and maximising growth
*Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
