Internal Sales Executive, Poole, Up to £23,000
Our client, a well-established Engineering Solutions company based in the Poole area have the requirement for an Internal Sales Executive to join there friendly team to provide comprehensive Sales support to ensure continuous customer satisfaction.
As internal Sales Executive you'll be responsible for:-
- All activity relating to inbound inquiry from potential new customers
- Through effective line of questioning, determine the customer’s dominant buying motive.
- Effective use of internal resource to determine best solution and raise quotation.
- Follow up all quotations, preferably by phone
- Continue to demonstrate high levels of customer service and ensure where possible delivery times are maintained
- Liaise with suppliers where necessary and keep the customer informed at all times.
- liaise with the STM to resolve problems and queries.
- Ensure customer data is current and on the computer system.
- Understand the division strategy and contribute to team and personal targets
- Previous Sales or Customer Service experience ideally within the Engineering industry
- Have a positive approach to increasing sales for the company
- Possess good and confident telephone manner
- Have a general understanding of engineering products
- Ensure a good understanding of margins
- Ensure an in depth knowledge of products and sales processes.
- Ensure good interpersonal skills and team relationships..
- Identify opportunities for personal improvement and development
As Internal Sales Executive you’ll be joining a family ran business that will offer the opportunity to grow with the role whilst receiving a competitive remuneration package including an annual profit share business. You’re working hours will be 8.15-16.45 Mon-Thurs with an earlier finish on a Friday.
