Internal Account Manager - Construction - North London
(Stratford, Enfield, Leytonstone, Ilford, Romford, Barking, Walthamstow, Loughton)

The role will involve looking after one of the company's largest accounts, your key objectives are to build the relationship and grow the account through effective and professional account management, ensuring continuous sales and profit growth, and retention of business.
This role will involve promoting our clients full range of products which will be used in Commercial & Residential projects all across the UK.
You will also work closely with the external sales team to make sure leads and queries are followed up in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for providing the greatest possible customer service experience, the ideal candidate will have a professional approach to communication along with good commercial acumen and have excellent networking skills.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
* Previous sales experience - F2F / in branch / Telesales.
* Some experience of the operation of a builder's merchant.
* Sales driven.
* Customer relationship management.
* Team player.
* Planning, organisation and time management skills.
* Effective negotiation skills.
* Energetic and self-motivated.
