Business Sales Consultant

£16,000 plus commission

Hunters’ client is a telecoms company who supply maintenance and design of telephone systems and equipment to businesses across the South East .They are a fun lively company looking for great people to join their team and journey.

Primary Purpose

To book and attend meetings with clients and prospective clients to sell the
Company’s products and services. To meet and exceed sales targets and to ensure all aspects of the sales process are completed efficiently.

Key Performance Indicator

• To meet monthly agreed sales targets as documented in the "expectation and performance" document.
• When not sitting appointments, cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. Every effort should be made to arrange meetings with the decision maker of the company.
• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale or provide a detailed quotation within 4 working days of the meeting.
• At all times to undertake the sales process and to complete and submit all necessary sales paperwork on time and to 100% accuracy.
• To actively contribute to maintaining good working relationships within the team. The line manager’s observation will be used to judge achievement of this objective and discussed at periodic reviews.
