An exciting job opportunity working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a small finance team of 3 based in Gosforth.
Your new role
In this position you will be reporting to the Finance Controller. Daily task mean you will be responsible for being in control of the purchase ledger, Reconciliation of supplier statements to purchase accounts, Compiling BACS run plus transmission to bank, Monthly balance sheet and purchase ledger reconciliations. You will also be required to cover general office assistant duties and accounts receivable.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be experience in purchase ledger, with excellent attention to detail, plus able to work autonomously in a stand along role. Good systems experience would be beneficial with the ability to communicate with all finance team members to make sure over finance department runs efficiently.
