HAIL is an innovative voluntary organisation that supports people with a learning disability/and or autism to lead independent lives. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager (permanent full-time, working 37.5 hours per week and based in North London) to fill a key role in our residential services.

When it comes to the people we employ at HAIL, our vision is simple - we want passionate and enthusiastic staff who enjoy being with people. These are not 9 to 5 services and require a manager who can show a hands on approach and a commitment to personalised services.

We want you to support customers and staff to embrace change, develop new opportunities, promote self directed payments, and customers leading their service, in an environment of change in Social Care.

We work in a changing environment and we need people that can lead staff through change, and support customers to be in control of their lives.

We are looking for a committed manager to support our customers and staff to move our services further to promote sustainability and personalisation, which retains good standards of support.

You will be working closely with customers, their families and other professionals.

An understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities/and or autism and other vulnerable adults is essential.

You will need to have:

  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • NVQ RMA Level 4 / QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
  • Experience in learning disabilities/and or autism and complex needs.
  • Experience of working in a CQC registered service. Sound knowledge of regulatory systems.
  • Customer focused with the ability to promote customer based and led values.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good IT skills.
  • Willing to be proactive to make great changes to the whole service.
  • Ability to manage resources with good budget management skills.
