Our client are a fast growing digital business.
They are now looking for a Marketing Director.
Already seasoned in people management, you will work closely with the Executive board, the sales team to run the marketing department.
You will drive inbound leads from digital channels.
Your marketing strategy will fuel the sustainable and predictable growth of the business.
You will have proven experience of devising and executing a marketing strategy that will consistently outperform key metrics
You will manage a small team, including external suppliers, digital agencies, outsourcers, third party software providers and partners
You will report on a weekly and monthly basis with set KPIs and structured lead generation targets
You will be accountable for the marketing budget and report in on its results - including CRO, CPL (cost per lead) CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and firmly know which channels are performing best Domain Knowledge
Previous experience in B2B lead generation, ideally in the IT sector is essential
Proven ability to drive targeted, qualified face to face business appointments with motivated buyers
Knowledge of a high value sales cycle and strategic selling in a highly competitive market is beneficial
Ability to manipulate and segment highly targeted data sets to push up conversion rates via tailored content
Capable of driving a sophisticated approach to generate targeted, high value sales opportunities such as; targeted account plans/top 100/VIP strategies, sector specific and multi touch campaigns (omni channel)
Strong understanding of our partner ecosystem and how to leverage that.
You will find and repurpose supplier content, create a compelling reseller package, provide sales collateral to educate partners and train technical people how to spot sales opportunities. (Like existing customer cross sells and upsells)
You will hold a deep understanding of the commercial drivers of those relationships
Requirements: Advanced use of Google Analytics to improve website CRO and user journey Ongoing CRO of all channels - ensure that all channels are optimised to deliver leads and reduce CPL Managing technical content and sales copy creation, including sales collateral, data sheets campaigns, newsletters etc
Focus on trending technology to create compelling campaigns that will drive leads in an apathetic, "buyers market"
Execution of a PR strategy that supports a high growth trajectory, including portraying a strong image of a much larger brand, celebrating strategic milestones and customer wins, and promotion of key stakeholders
Build a strong tender library and be the custodian of that. Including credibility, awards, accreditations, case studies etc.
Internal Marcoms - Formal communication with staff to support employee evangelism and CSR Desirable Skills: LinkedIn Sales navigator, Mail chimp, PPC management, CRM management, Facebook Marketing and Automated lead nurturing programmes
