- 1+ years’ experience within a business development / account management focused role
- Proven track record of success within the IT Sales industry
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work on own initiative to ensure targets are achieved
- Ability to make decisions in line with business, customer and client needs
- Consultative sales experience within a business to business environment
- Proven experience of achieving individual revenue and key performance targets
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Customer Account Manager - What Will You Be Doing?
You will be internally based and include new business and Account Management. You will be responsible for achieving revenue based sales quotas through attentive and professional management of a list of customer accounts. This will involve identifying and qualifying opportunities with existing customers, obtain new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue. Strong closing skills are essential.
This role requires a self-starting attitude with the ability of being highly organised. Dealing with clients at all levels in a confident manner and have the ability to grasp new opportunities as they are presented. The successful candidate should have driven and determination with a "can do" attitude and a proven track record of sales closure in a corporate sales environment.
