As Operations Manager for 2 incredibly busy sites in Swindon and Newport, you will lead the Team Leaders to overachieve on business and financial targets for a team of over 50.
Working across departments, you will be responsible for ensuring all new initiative and processes are delivered successfully.
It is vital you have sales management experience within a busy contact centre to be considered for this role.
Dividing your week between the Swindon and Newport sites - a car is essential.
