Business Development Executive

Want to be part of a fast growing dynamic Business? This company has been established for 7 years, and have just moved in to trendy news offices in North London. Working with some of the biggest B2B companies in the UK, they have an impressive client list. They have a relaxed vibe, where the work day is spent in jeans not a suit!

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive; reporting into the Sales Director and working in a close knit sales teams, you'll be responsible for helping drive & nurture leads through the sales process. Day to day you'll be involved in;

  • CRM - updating the CRM with data and conversations
  • Research - build lists and contacts by researching businesses in relevant publications, at events and on social media sites
  • Appointment Setting - proactively approach key decision makers to qualify interest levels and introduce the solutions
  • Demo's & Meetings - work with clients through the lead generation cycle

Skills & experience the Business Development Executive must have;

With a minimum of 18-24 months B2B sales experience, and ideally with some experience/interest in the business field, you'll be looking to build your career as a well trained sales professional. You'll meet the following criteria;

  • Sales experience - 18 months minimum
  • Natural ability to build relationships with c-suite individuals
  • Ability and desire to cold call
  • Ability to understand different technology products & solutions
  • Natural confidence and determination

Salary & benefits for the Business Development Executive role;

£25,000 - £32,000 basic + 20% bonus
