They need someone with a strong sales and account management background in Application Software with either ERP or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) software; someone who has worked with large distribution companies and understands the warehousing, stock and inventory, picking and supply chain aspects of software. A track record of retaining clients and experience of putting together £200-250k+ deals is also required.
You will need to be in the office based near Coventry for 3 days per week, so your location is key, and your territory will be the Midlands and the North.
They have 4 main business markets:
- 3rd party logistics companies
- Traditional warehousing and distribution companies
- Manufacturing companies that then need a WMS solution
- Wholesale businesses
They are a very office centric business, so they need their sales people in the office regularly. The occasional day working from home is OK, but they are looking to build a team with long term potential so you will need to be able to commute to the Coventry area.
