Account Manager - London SE1

Basic £27-£30k, OTE + £13k year 1

Our client is successful advertising company that’s been in business for over 20 years and who are keen to build on last year’s growth.

Your role

  • On-board a constant stream of new clients for our Local Advertising That Works team, handed over from our new business people
  • Develop relationships with your clients and proactively retain, grow and develop business within a permanently growing client base.
  • Up-sell increased value into your client base and cross-sell new products.
  • Proactively penetrate, manage and rebook the historic lapsed-client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow your account management plan including call frequency, client growth and selling objectives
  • Work to annual sales revenue targets planning and delivering growth through efficient management.
  • Create innovative new revenue opportunities with lapsed customers.
  • Diligently use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to record client and sales opportunity data and plan sales activity through the use of calling lists.

The Person

  • You’re a detail person: thorough, logical and organised
  • You’re an experienced sales professional who has the temperament to build client relationships and the ambition to grow sales?
  • You’re numerate and literate with great CRM skills
  • You’re a superb objection-handler
