You will be a caring graduate who has a long history of academic success that includes a 2:2 or better in your degree and practice working with SEN children. About the Year 3 Teaching Assistant Role

As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant your role will involve you working primarily on an individual basis with a Year 3 student who has Autism Spectrum Disorder. With CPD on offer to all supporting staff, they have a high success rate of TAs and LSAs going on to start successful teaching careers.
