Mobile HVAC Engineer
We are currently recruiting for a mechanical engineer to work on a mobile basis covering a vast portfolio of commercial buildings within the M25 London area. This offers the engineers to be exposed to working in some of the worlds biggest blue-chip, media and government buildings and as a result you must convey the professional image that is associated with working for one of the UK's largest facilities maintenance organisations.
Candidates must have experience of working in a facilities maintenance role in the past and be able to demonstrate clearly their ability to fault-finding and repair a multitude of plant equipment including air handling units, fan coil units, calorifiers, cooling towers, generators and also small electrical tasks such as emergency lighting tests, ballast changes etc. All candidates must be able to provide us with copies of their City & Guilds qualifications in Mechanical Engineering (Or a time-served apprenticeship within FM).
Having the responsibility of being able to work under pressure and on your own initiative is paramount in a role where you will be working on your own although in some cases you will be required to fit in with an under staffed maintenance team that is already in place. My client is willing to offer the successful candidate a basic salary of £32,000 - £35,000 with overtime opportunities, company van, mobile phone, fuel card, pension contribution scheme and 20 days holiday (rising with service).
