A really nice position has arisen for a qualified and competent chef de partie who'd like a good structured work life balance as the restaurant operation is day times only.

The operation has just benefited from a brand new kitchen being installed due to its ongoing success and the opportunity has arisen for the first time for them to add to the kitchen brigade.

You will benefit from working with a great Head chef who has worked with some of the big well known event catering companies and trained in many of London's 5* properties, this is very much a family environment that you will be welcomed into.

Shifts are 5 over 7, 7am - 5pm. The only real criteria we seek is that you are a trained and qualified Chef to NVQ level 1 & 2, have an interest in pastry and cakes and competent in taking ownership of this area. Good HACCP management awareness and in current possession of a level 2 Food Safety Certificate. The chefs do not want to be looking over you so the ability to work on your own autonomy will be key.

Food is classical british comfort food, casual dining and big breakfasts! Cakes and guilty pleasures too add to make up of the food offering.

You will be given the opportunity to contribute to menu development, having your own transport will be desirable due to the location.
