Business Development Manager

They have developed a strong team of Financial Planners in the UK, based from their 13 regional offices. They are looking to recruit experienced Regional Sales Managers to cover their North West and London region.
Roles and responsibilities
Your role will be part of the distribution area, which focuses on building relationships and selling the proposition through a range of Financial Adviser firms. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be tasked with identifying, developing, maintaining and maximising the IFA relationships. Therefore, organising and conducting appointments with existing IFA contacts and new IFA businesses to successfully introduce their proposition.
Requirements to be considered
You should have current experience as a field-based Business Development Manager within Wealth Management or Asset Management and have a good network of IFA contacts. Ideally, you should be Level 4 Diploma qualified. You must have the ability to engage and build trust with IFA firms.
- Salary of circa £55,000 - £65,000 with an OTE of circa £100,000
- Company benefits include: car allowance of £550 pm, 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, 4 x DIS and matched pension of 3% - 4%
