The position has arisen to join a leading professional firm based in Central London as a Helpdesk Analyst.
This is a permanent position and the ideal candidate will have 1-2 year's prior experience in technical support.
The Helpdesk Analyst will ideally have previous experience in the professional sector and exceptional 1st/2nd line skills, along with excelent communication skills.
