In line with on-going business success there is now a requirement for a Business Development Executive, with 3 years’ experience, and a proven track record of generating leads/appointments and identifying opportunities in the telecoms field to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you'll be contacting prospective customers to identify those companies looking to review their system requirements and arrange qualified appointments for a Sales Consultant to attend.

Summary of duties:


• Make B2B calls approaching C Level Executives
• Describe the product features and benefits along with any special offers
• Profile each prospect, gather and document information about each company’s systems
• Persuade customers to accept a visit from a sales representative
• Enter and maintain accurate notes onto our CRM, including opportunities booked, general notes, company profile information, dates for follow up calls and so on
• Work with the Marketing team to manage designated call campaigns
• Build a strong pipeline of 'Engaged’ and 'Hot’ prospects
• Research (using tools such as Google / LinkedIn) other key decision makers within the organisation
• Provide clear and precise handover notes on any opportunities generated which should also include a copy of the call recording of the conversation
• Meet the aforementioned KPI’s as agreed by your line manager
• Compliance with company information security policies and procedures, reporting incidents and ensuring necessary security procedures or activities are completed
