Office Manager Sydenham
We are currently looking to appoint a professional Office Manager to maximise service sales and profitability within our clients busy Service/Bodyshop based in Sydenham.
It is essential that you are highly professional with an excellent telephone manner and customer service skills. You will be a team player and an effective communicator who considers and understands your role and responsibility within the process and the level of customer service that should be delivered. Your strong and efficient PC and administration skills will assist significantly in ensuring that a high level of customer care is consistently provided as you remain organised and able to prioritise your workload maintaining excellent standards of departmental administration.
Main duties will be as follows:
·Checking customer booking details
·Selecting workshops via our online system
·Answering customer calls and emails
·Processing claims paperwork
·Training of new colleagues
