NCFE, one of the UK’s fastest growing, most innovative qualification awarding organisations, is looking for a National Operations Manager. This is a home-based role with frequent national travel with regular travel to Newcastle office to meet business needs.

A bit about the job…

As a National Operations Manager you will be responsible for 2 team leaders and 13 account executives. You will manage the account management and retention of our existing and new customers to retain and grow our market share. You’ll work with the Sales Manager to integrate new customers giving them a world class experience, working across the business to ensure that the customer needs are met from a product, service, quality, and growth perspective. Lead, provide performance management and develop an account management strategy to achieve income target and KPIs as well as key business objective, contributing to the development, monitoring and delivery of the NCFE Business Plan. You will develop and implement high impact strategies across our key markets, ensuring the 5 year business plan objectives are achieved.
