The opportunity:

Reporting into the CFO directly and working with the Sales, HR, Operations and Marketing teams the responsibility of this position is to deliver Budgeting, Forecasting, Planning and Analysis. The role will council and add value to the Sales team and influence them in driving the business forward whilst maintaining a strong relationship with Marketing and Ops.

Duties include:

* Management of complex divisional reporting and planning requirements
* Analysis and business case development
* Leading group financial planning and analysis
* Overseeing complex financial and operational modelling, and technical analysis
* Building relationships with and providing support to key operational and divisional stakeholders
* Ad hoc project work as required
* Leading the budgeting process
* Business partnering with the Sales / Marketing / Operations Directors and teams
* Company analysis, recommendations and trends
* Review and improve existing processes

Your profile:

The ideal candidate will come from a high achieving background with a ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualification.

Experience within a fast-paced Retail/FMCG firm within FP&A, Management Accounting or similar will make you stand out for this role.
